LTAF01 Defoamer
LTAF01 is a new type of fermentation defoamer developed for the foaming characteristics of fermentation industry, imported and digested foreign advanced technology and raw materials. It is refined from special high-temperature silicone polyether, polysiloxane and food emulsifier under specific conditions. It overcomes the disadvantages of poor high temperature resistance and short foam suppression time of silicone antifoaming agent.

It is recommended to reduce the dosage of polyether defoamer by 40–50% and replace it with LTAF01, which can quickly eliminate foam and shorten the disinfection time. Since the dosage of polyether defoamer is reduced, the growth environment of bacteria is improved, and the titer can be significantly increased. It is widely used in lysine, sanctomycin, gentamicin, avermectin, tiamulin, citric acid, penicillin, erythromycin, neomycin, oxytetracycline, VB12, VB2, erythromycin thritol, sodium gluconate, fructooligosaccharides, xanthan gum, cordyceps powder, ganoderma mushroom powder, cephalosporin powder, yeast and many other fermentation processes.
